Classic White Wines

Chardonnay

D.O.C. Venezia

Wine with a straw yellow colour, usually very clear, with slightly greenish veins.
It has a dry taste, full but yet delicate. The aroma is charateristic: it reminds the smell of the undergrowth, with traces of almond. To be served not too cold, at 10-12°C, uncorking just before serving, to avoid losing any of the delicate flavour

Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio Venezia is a wine of golden yellow colour, dry taste, full and harmonious, with a long persisting aftertaste. The aroma is very particular, rich in nuances of nutmeg and acacia.
To be served at 10-12°C
