Cabernet

D.O.C. Piave

Wine with a dry flavour, full and round, a strong red ruby colour, and an intense herbaceous aroma. Ideal companion for roasts of all kinds, both fur and feather game, it is the friend of a good tasty cheese and elaborated vegetables. We recommend to uncork the bottle and let it stand at least one hour before tasting.

To be served at a temperature of about 16-18°C.

Wine with a deep red ruby colour and a vein of purple. The aroma reminds wild berries and in particular blackberries and raspberries.
It has a smooth taste, slightly tannic, but balanced.
Ideal match with red meats, game and cheese

To be served at 16-18°C.

As a red table wine, it is an ideal partner for rather strong dishes. It loves to combine with roasts, stewed and braised meats.
The alcohol graduation is not excessive and invites to insist during the courses.Very well with both aged and fresh cheese.
It always expresses itself happily when drunk as young wine, but also accepts moderate aging.

To be served at a temperature of about 16-18°C.

Wine of red colour almost purple, which assumes a tone of garnet with aging.
Drunk as young wine, amiable and moved, it is excellent for ending a meal, for dessert and afternoon appetizers.

Excellent with red meat or game stews, in any case salty dishes.
